Introductory text
Its first appearance at the Baja Aragon in 1990 was an immediate triumph. There followed an impressive series of victories, such as the Paris-Tripoli-Dakar 1991 and the first Paris-Moscow-Beijing in 1992. In seven seasons of the World Championship, the Citroën ZX amassed 5 world titles from 1991 to 1997.
